Food treasuring villagers – This week we have arranged again a number of food vans providing delicious food in the village hall car park on Friday, Saturday AND Sunday from 17:00-20:00. Different cuisines will be catered for from different companies. This Friday 30/4 will be authentic sour-dough Italian pizza from La Biga (every Friday), on Saturday 1/5 will be Sri Lankan and South Indian curries from KuraKura and on Sunday 2/5 will be authentic Spanish paella from La Levantina. 

All  vans have covid secure contactless payment options and try to pre-order using the links.….Enjoy! Remember Hands, Face, Space – And as always don’t forget to support our super local businesses including The Little Rose, The Hare and Hounds, La Pergola, and The Moringa Tree.

Different cuisines will be catered for from different companies. This Thursday 22/4 will be French savoury and sweet crêpes from bon-crepecoffee, Friday 23/4 will be authentic sour-dough Italian pizza from La Biga (every Friday), on Sunday 25/4 will be authentic Greek Gyros street food from The Cooks Nest.

HRH Prince Philip

Haslingfield Parish Council express their deepest condolences to Her Majesty the Queen, members of the Royal Family and the extended members of the Royal Household on the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh.

He dedicated his life to serving the nation in particular supporting the Queen since her Accession in 1952.  He has been Patron, President or member of over 750 organisations of which the Duke of Edinburgh Award may be best known by members of our communities.

The United Kingdom will forever be grateful for all that he has done both at home and abroad.

May he rest in peace.

This Thursday 15/4 will be all things poultry and crispy from Buffalo Joe (you MUST preorder – no walk up orders), Friday 16/4 will be authentic sour-dough pizza from La Biga (every Friday), on Saturday 17/4 will be “dirty” burgers and fries from Apple & Jalapeno
