Gin & Beer Festival
Adding to the festivities of the Scarecrow Festival The Little Rose has organised a Gin & Beer Festival running from Friday 14th Sept. to Sunday 16th Sept., with Live Music on Friday and Saturday and food served from 12 to 9 pm. 20 gins, 10 beers, 4 ciders. Better not sample them all!

Haslingfield Dog Show! Sunday 16 September from 3pm.
Little Owls is proud to bring to this year’s Scarecrow Festival the Haslingfield Dog Show – 16 Sept from 3pm on Wellhouse Meadow.
We will have lots of different classes and an agility speed run. There are rosettes for the first three places and Best in Show. We will be serving tea and cake with garden games (suitable for both adults and children) in the adjacent dog-free field. We plan to set up a rock painting area – please BYO rock if possible. Film Club New Season
The first Film Club meeting of the new season will be held on Friday 14th September 2018 at 7.30pm. We shall meet in Haslingfield Methodist Church Rooms. Admission is free. Between 21.30hrs on 29/08 and 09.00hrs on 30/08 unknown offender(s) have broken a lock to a farmers gate and gained entry into a shed and stolen horse and chicken feed from the location. The 9th Haslingfield Scarecrow Festival
To entertain the whole community, including visitors, and raise money for good causes.
First launched in 2002 the now famous biennial Haslingfield Scarecrow festival will be held this year from 14th to 16th September. Suggested themes are characters from Roald Dahl or Agatha Christie – or choose your own ideas. On previous form up to 200 ‘scarecrows’ will be created (don’t be left out), added to which there will be a host of events and activities, including those at the All Saints’ Church Fete. Cream Tea at the Dovecote, Haslingfield – Sunday 16 September
Come and enjoy a traditional cream tea with freshly-baked scones, jam and cream on Sunday 16 September between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm in the informal woodland garden of The Dovecote, 29 High Street, Haslingfield. All proceeds to Parkinson’s UK.

New Community Yoga Class
