Cambridge Greenways Consultation
We want to hear your views on two proposed Greenways in Barton and Haslingfield. These two schemes will provide attractive routes from Barton and Haslingfield into the city. Enabling sustainable travel for cyclists, walkers and where possible equestrians.
We would like your input to help in creating a community-led scheme that local residents can be proud of and use frequently. You still have a couple of days to respond but all responses must be submitted by 20th August.

Potholes (and what do do about them)
If you find a pothole which you believe should be fixed than the best thing to do is report this on the Cambridgeshire County Council Website. It will allow you to report the location and provide a brief description and also allows you to submit evidence and photos. Here is your opportunity to improve the roads in our village.

Drone Survey of Haslingfield Church
Chris Burgoyne of Emmanuel College and Dr Michael Ramage of the Dept of Architecture are conducting a photogrammetry survey of Haslingfield Church, with the agreement of the Vicar. We have taken a large number of photographs from ground level but wish to take more photos from an elevated position to see details that cannot be seen well, or at all, from below. Read more
Special Meeting – 9th July
This is to confirm a special meeting between Cllr Roger Hickford and Haslingfield Parish on Monday evening (9th July) at 7pm ahead of the Parish Council Meeting when questions can be asked.

Haslingfield Choir
Our next event is the “COME AND SING” on Sunday 15 July, with rehearsal at 12 noon and the concert at 5pm. More details of the choir are on our new website.
Harlton Hog Roast
To round off the Harlton Village Fete there will be a traditional hog roast on 14th July at 7:15pm.
Bring your own glass, drink, knife, fork and plate and have a great time. Tickets MUST be purchased in advance.
