There is a vacancy on the Haslingfield Parish Council caused by the resignation of Rebecca Ridley.
A bye-election to fill the vacancy will be held if ten electors for the parish give notice in writing before 23rd November claiming such an election to the Returning Officer. Read more

Following interviews held last week we are pleased to announce that a new Parish Clerk has been appointed from the first of January 2014. Her name is Frances Bishop and she lives at 8A Barton Road, Haslingfield.
This week, Haslingfield Little Theatre are performing Aladdin at Haslingfield Village Hall. With lively songs and dances, great characters and a sumptuous set, the audience is in for a real treat!

The Church Wardens were delighted to see the church a hive of activity on Saturday 2nd November for the ‘Gift Day’. On Sunday 22nd September the Tennis Club presented “Tea at The Ritz” in the Village Hall. Vacancy for a Team Vicar in the Lordsbridge Team
Confirmation has been received that a full time Team Vicar vacancy has been approved by the Diocese. It is anticipated that the post will be advertised at the start of January and that interviews will take place in early March. There will be an opportunity for members of Haslingfield, Harlton, Barton and Coton churches to meet candidates informally, shortly before these take place.
It is hoped that the new Vicar will take up his/her post during next summer.
