RSPB logoby Aidan Lonergan, Haslingfield resident and the RSPB’s leader of Futurescapes, their landscape scale conservation work.  Haslingfield Village Society, Tues. 26th November, 8:00pm, in the Village Hall.   This is an important issue for our future.  Youngsters 16 and under and Village Society members Free.  Small charge for visitors.  Tea and biscuits in the interval.

The Tennis Club presented “Tea at The Ritz”

Tea at the RitzOn Sunday 22nd September the Tennis Club presented “Tea at The Ritz” in the Village Hall.  The Village Hall was transformed into the Parlour of The Ritz Hotel, and 76 guests enjoyed a 3-course High Tea of sandwiches, scones with jam and cream followed by a huge selection of delicious home baked cakes.
