All is not what it seems when two couples are thrown together at a quiet country cottage in Hampshire. Add an excess of mother-in-law’s tongue, a sprinkling of pompous estate agent, and a strange lady in tweed unexpectedly dropping into the mix, and you have all the ingredients for a fast-paced, witty, and poignant comedy. TICKETS ON SALE: Festival Players, The Rhythm of Life – Haslingfield Village Hall

Haslingfield Little Theatre will be hosting the award-winning Festival Players at Haslingfield Village Hall at 7.30 pm on Friday 24 February. The touring show, The Rhythm of Life comprises an evening of musical theatre songs that show the spectrum of life’s big moments, including music from Sweet Charity, Godspell, Avenue Q and many more, performed by some of Cambridge’s best musical theatre talents.

Get Involved in Haslingfield Little Theatre’s Next Show!

Our Spring Show will be Michael Cooney’s hilarious farce, Cash on Delivery, which will be performed on 18, 19 & 20 May.

If you are interested in being involved, either on-stage or as part of our Production Team, do come along to the read-through of the script (Monday, 6 Feb, 7.30 pm) and/or auditions (Thursday, 9 Feb, 7.30 pm) at Haslingfield Village Hall.  If you attend, you’ll also have a chance to chat to members and find out more about us. No prior experience needed, just lots of enthusiasm!

SNOW WHITE PANTO TICKETS ON SALE: Haslingfield Village Hall, 17, 18, 19 November

Tickets are now on sale for the Haslingfield Little Theatre panto: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs by Ben Crocker, which is being performed on 17, 18 & 19 November at 7.30 pm at Haslingfield Village Hall, with a matinee performance on 19 November at 2.00 pm.

Play in a Week – Haslingfield Young Little Theatre

Haslingfield Young Little Theatre Play in a Week is back again after a long gap due to the pandemic. The project will take place from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm in Haslingfield Village Hall from Monday 1st August to 5th August, when the play will be performed to an audience.

This year, Play in a Week is open to all children between 8 and 11, regardless of prior drama experience. Throughout the week the participants will imagine, write, design and rehearse a play in their own words. This year Matt May, an experienced youth theatre facilitator regularly working for the National Youth Arts Trust, will be leading the week. Read more
