Blown away by the strong winds today?  You’ll be blown away by the food van schedule this week at the Haslingfield Village hall (5-8pm) as we draw closer to Mothers Day:
Thursday (16/3): No.77 Thai for the first time!  We are treated by the team from No.77 Thai in Caxton coming to us! More details to come…
Friday (17/3): La Biga. The always tasty Pizza queens.
Saturday (18/3): Pimp My Fish.  Fresh from winning the Best Mobile Operator at the National Fish and Chip Awards 2023!!!
UPDATE: Unfortunately No.77 is unable to come on Thursday due to illness.  HK Hitwrap have stepped into the breach and will be here instead, same time, same venue.  You can pre-order using the following link:  https://order.storekit.com/hitwrap-haslingfield/menu

Closure of M11, junctions 11-12 northbound, 27 Feb – 1 Mar 2023

Please note that National Highways will be carrying out essential maintenance work to the drainage on the M11 northbound carriageway between junctions 11 and 12. Once complete, the road will be able to better disperse surface water.

Work will take place over 3 nights between Monday 27 February and Wednesday 1March, working between 9pm and 5am, weather permitting.

Greetings food lovers.  Valentines day & pancake Tuesday behind us, and still there is a treat for everyone this week at the Haslingfield Village Hall (5-8pm):
Thursday (23/2) : Waffle and Co for the first time. Waffles plus crispy chicken or sweet treats.  Pre-orders highly recommended.
Friday (24/2): La Biga our pizza queens.
Saturday (25/2): Napoleat… a new Italian inspired special.  More details to come!

Friday (17/2): La Biga our regular Friday night Pizza queens.
Saturday (18/2): Pimp My Fish… the fish kings!  Pre orders recommended.

Sunny frosty skies are promising spring is almost here!  Speaking of almost here, the food van rotations at the Haslingfield Village Hall this week:
Thursday (9/2): Steak and Honour, the lords of the grill!  Pre orders only.
Friday (10/2): La Biga the sourdough pizza queens. Each tasty pizza takes 2-3 minutes to cook so walk up to order!
Saturday (11/2): The Wandering Yak the meat-free North African flavour kings.  Walk ups or pre order.

Sunny skies greet us today…spring is almost upon us with February on our doorsteps.  (That didn’t age well, did it?)
At the Haslingfield Village Hall this week to satisfy hungry appetites:
Thursday (2/2): HK Hitwrap Hong Kong Street food.  Pre orders recommended.
Friday (3/2): La Biga sour dough pizza as always.
Saturday (4/2): Pig Casso’s return to to Haslingfield for the first time in 2023.  Walk ups only!

Happy New Year food lovers!  Your favourite food vans return to the Haslingfield Village Hall from Thursday January 5th (5-8pm):
Thursday (5/1): Hitwrap Hong Kong street food.  Pre-orders recommended.
Friday (6/1): La Biga pizza with their full menu options.
Saturday (7/1): Rotisseroll roasted crispy pork and rotisserie chicken! Their pre-order link will go live later this week.
All vans have meat-free options for veganuary!

Ho Ho Ho!  At the Haslingfield Village Hall this week:
Friday Dec 23rd: La Biga pizza will close off our food van scene for 2022.
Many thanks to everyone for your support.
Many thanks also to the food vans and local businesses including the Harlton Hare and Hounds, La Pergola, Mohak Cafe and The Little Pantry for bringing tasty treats to our little corner of South Cambridgeshire.  A special mention and welcome to our latest addition: House of Spice (formerly The Little Rose).
