Haslingfield Allotment Gardeners’ Association’s latest meeting says that they have 3 vacant plots but also a waiting list. There will be a working party carrying out tasks on the site on Sunday 4th December. More details are in the calender here. Also the minutes of the association’s last meeting are here
The Haslingfield Allotment Gardeners’ Association is holding their Annual General Meeting on the 5th December in the Little Rose Pub in the village from 7.30pm, more information is in the Calender here
The Speaker for Tuesday 18 October is Les Millgate from the Imperial War Museum who will talk about Duxford History. He replaces Martin Boswell who has been called away on that date. Read more

If you want to take a look at fascinating stuff from the Stringer Archive of Haslingfield history, and see at first hand how the ancestors baked their bread, heated the wash tub and visited the privy, then toddle along to the bake house on Well House Meadow from 10 am on Saturday 6th August .

If so, why not come along to Haslingfield Village Hall at 7.30 p.m. on Monday 25 July when we will be reading through the script, and/or Thursday 28 July, when we will be holding the auditions – same time and place. Read more
Last month, Haslingfield Little Theatre performed Two Coarse Plays: Southanger Park (a period romance) and Trapped (a thriller). Coarse acting is a send-up of bad amateur dramatics, when the cast “try their best” to put on a successful show – it’s just that everything keeps going wrong. Read more
