The Haslingfield Primary School Christmas Fayre is being held on Saturday 17th December from 11.30am – 2pm, entrance is free and everyone is welcome! Come and have a go on our fun stalls including games of skill devised by Coding Club, a Christmas present hunt, toy stall, sweet tombola and many many others. Did you know that Haslingfield Little Theatre has a Youth Fund? The purpose of the Fund is to promote the involvement of young people from 8 to 18 years old in the performing arts. The fund is open for children from Haslingfield, Harlton and those connected via Haslingfield Young Little Theatre. At present the sum available is £200. Tickets are now available for Haslingfield Little Theatre’s next production: Peter Pan – the original play by JM Barrie. Performances will take place at Haslingfield Village Hall on Thursday 24 November, Friday 25 November and Saturday 26 November. Children in the audience are very welcome to dress up as their favourite Peter Pan character.

I am delighted to inform you that we have been successful in attracting three new Parish Councillors: Peter Agar from New Road, Clive Blower from Trinity Close, Tricia Knibbs from the High Street. We welcome them all to the team and are confident that they will all make a valuable contribution to the village.

As you may be aware, the Hare and Hounds in our neighbouring village of Harlton closes at the end of October. There is a community effort underway to keep it going.
