Dear, Sirs,
It looks like a very good, enjoyable, gathering. Well done to all concerned.
How about the proposed Franco-British encounter? Vineyard visits and tastings
included, plus our southwest gastronomy.
Yours sincerely,
Neville James Cole.

Dear sirs,
This brings back memories of the 1980’s and the Little Rose quiz teams enjoying Sunday
evenings playing pubs from other villages in the Greene King league. Most enjoyable.
Probably the achievement at the time was the Little Rose quartet winning the BBC Radio
Cambridgeshire inter-village competition. A victory gained on a rapid response tie-break
question correctly answered!! 1986 I think.
With similar quiz events being popular over here, why not a Franco-British encounter?
No problems with hospitality, and access is easy from Stansted.
