The 9th Haslingfield Scarecrow Festival
To entertain the whole community, including visitors, and raise money for good causes.
First launched in 2002 the now famous biennial Haslingfield Scarecrow festival will be held this year from 14th to 16th September. Suggested themes are characters from Roald Dahl or Agatha Christie – or choose your own ideas. On previous form up to 200 ‘scarecrows’ will be created (don’t be left out), added to which there will be a host of events and activities, including those at the All Saints’ Church Fete.
