Purchase offer of the Hare and Hounds, Harlton has been approved unanimously
A proposed purchase offer for the Hare and Hounds was approved unanimously at a meeting of pledgers on 15th March. The proposed offer has been agreed between the Steering Group and the owner of the Hare and Hounds following negotiation. The community effort to purchase the pub now moves into the next phase.
The Steering Group are now working on organising a structural survey of the property, preparing the share offer, refining the business plan and seeking a tenant to operate the pub.
To make the purchase and operation of the Hare and Hounds a success, we are seeking new expressions of interest in purchasing equity in the pub and we welcome any increase in commitment from those who have already pledged.
