THIS SATURDAY 24 SEPTEMBER: Haslingfield Ceilidh: 8.30-10.30pm
If you do not already have your tickets for Saturday’s Ceilidh at All Saints’ Church, you will be able to buy them on the door. Don’t miss out on a great evening’s candle-lit entertainment! The Cambridge University Ceilidh Band will be performing a lively set, and Bob, our caller for the evening will be encouraging everyone to get on their feet and join in the group dances. Don’t worry if you haven’t been to a ceilidh (pronounced kay-ley) before (otherwise known as a barn dance) and you don’t need to be accompanied by a partner upon arrival – it’s all part of the fun to partner up with anyone who wants to join the dance!
Country Kitchen cheese together with biscuits, homemade shortbread and nibbles are included in the £10 ticket price. A licenced bar will help to quench your thirst, and there’s a silent auction to bid on, all to help support our village preschool.
See you at 8.30pm!
