Calling AMATEUR ACTORS WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE…

HLT logo 2We are looking for two actors, a man in his 40s/50s and a woman in her 20s/early 30s, to complete the cast for our forthcoming production, the hilarious farce, Lend me a Tenor by Ken Ludwig. As these are major roles, we are seeking people with previous amateur acting experience – even if you have not acted for some while. The play takes place within an opera company where a world-famous tenor is to perform Othello. However, nothing goes as planned, after the house manager sets off a chain of events which result in chaos…

Rehearsals start at the end of February. We rehearse in Haslingfield Village Hall every Monday and Thursday between 7.45 pm and 9.45 pm. Performance dates are 19, 20 and 21 May 2016.
