Gentle Movements 2Gentle Movements Sessions will take place at Penn Farm Studios, Harston Road, Haslingfield, Cambridge, CB23 1JZ on Tuesdays 10.30am – 11.30am, during term time. £6 per session or £30 per half term (6 sessions).

Gentle Movements 1These mindful exercises will move your attention away from daily hassles and worries towards the needs of your body. Doing these harmonising movements regularly will let energy flow more freely in your body, make you feel calmer and help you sleep better.

The exercises are based on Chi Kung, Feldenkrais and Yoga and suitable for everyone, including those with limited mobility. If you cannot lie down on the floor or stand, you can do the exercises sitting on a chair.
