Number 75 bus – temporary route
During the road works on Church Street, the number 75 bus cannot access the normal route (via New Road), so is instead coming down Barrington hill then turning left and then left again towards Harlton.A2B (the bus company) suggests that passengers use the bus stops outside the Mohak Cafe (opposite the church) and also at the junction of Church Street and Harlton Road.
A2B has been assured that, as the roadworks move steadily down Barton Road, the number 75 bus will be able to access the New Road loop again.

I have used the 75 this week.
From the Barrington direction the bus turns right at the bottom of Chapel Hill, goes along High Street before turning left into New Road before returning to the High street by turning left into Fountain Lane. It then proceeds to Harlton along Harlton Road from Church Street.
Bus stops at The School, Fountain Lane (Village Shop) and the Recreation Ground are all served.
Bus stops at The Meadows, Barton Road and Broad Lane are not served at the moment. This should change when if the water main replacement work in Church Street is completed. Barton Road is likely to remain closed for a lot longer.
