Film Club
The Next Film Club meeting will be held on Friday 8th March 2019 at 7.30pm. We shall meet in Haslingfield Methodist Church Rooms, admission free.
Certificate:12, running time 99 min. We break for tea, coffee and biscuits half way through. ‘Hard of hearing’ subtitles will be used. To avoid having a fixed charge for the evening we have opted (for copyright reasons) not to advertise details of the films on notice boards, 0n the village web site or in the Church and Village Magazine. As an alternative we ask for a voluntary donation of from £3 each to cover cost of refreshments and use of the premises. If ever there was a true story that was just destined to be turned into a movie, then this is surely it. Based on an international best selling book (sold 5 million copies) it’s a heartwarming story and a film that can be enjoyed by everyone.
