Adrian Rigly from Hardwick, white British male, aged 45, medium build, long grey hair probably in pony tail, may be on a bike, wearing grey round necked sweatshirt, white trousers and black shoes.

If you see him dial 999(quote  re incident 191 of the 8th July)  and report the sighting.
