The ‘Weeknight Workout’ is run by, qualified fitness trainer and sports coach, Dan Pilcher. Dan has recently returned to the area after living abroad and is looking to establish his company, Fuel Cambridge, in the local area.
The class is a medium to high intensity exercise class based on a traditional circuit style with some added twists. Activities include weights, core exercises, agility/speed training and team games. Each individual will be able to progress at a level suitable to them in an enjoyable environment.
Throughout the year the sessions format will vary and depending on weather and attendance may be in the hall or out on the field.
So if your goals are to slim down, tone up or to keep up your fitness level this is the correct class for you.
The Weeknight Workout runs every Wednesday at 6pm – 7pm in Haslingfield Village Hall throughout the Spring and Summer and costs £5 per session or £25 for a 6 session pass.
