Queen’s Birthday Celebrations !HELP!
Hopefully everyone has received a copy of the programme for the weekend. Spare copies are available at the two shops.We still require help and below is list of what is still needed:
7.00 pm Help with decorating the Village Hall
Saturday
>>> 11.00 If you are supplying games – can you please install them before 11.00 am
12.15 We’d like 8 people (4 x 2) to line the fancy dress keeping everyone safe.
13.45 Likewise we need 8 people (4 x 2 ) people to line the Adults Race around the village
- Barton Road/New Road junction
- Harlton junction
- Barrington Junction
- Harston Road, Rec entrance – the finish Line
Both the two items listed above should only last for about 30 minutes, and ideally 1 or each pair should wear a high vis vest. .
17.00 – 18.00
- Clear the Games from the Recreation Ground and
- Help clear up any rubbish from the Rec and the Village Hall
22.30 Again, help clear up any rubbish from the Rec and the Village Hall
Sunday
9.30 And again, help clear up any rubbish from the Rec and the Village Hall that was missed Saturday night in readiness for the second days’ activities
Could you spare ½ to an hour to help over the weekend? The more helpers we get the less the rest of us have to do.
