Today (6th) and 20th August: Mindfulness & gentle yoga on the meadow

These sessions consists of mindfulness and gentle Hatha yoga with no prerequisite level of fitness. Accessible for beginners. 

There are two sessions Saturday 6th & 20th August at 10-11am. Mats can be made available to borrow.
