The council tax is currently over £200 when it comes out monthly (bar a few months a year) which for our low income family of 5 is already a stretch in our budget bearing in mind electricity, gas and water bills.

I would not recommend this, we are already very tight in terms of being able to afford to feed our children.

Maybe there could be higher charges for those who do not recycle well, ensuring better behaviour and education for those who exceed the limits of waste production. Those building large and expensive new properties for example.

    Kind regards,
    Katherine
