A follow-up note. The Franco-British quiz evening for cancer research is planned
for this coming June. The exact date will be confirmed. The setting ideal, on the lawn
before the vineyard’s chateau. This year it’s proposed to add an additional fashion element for the ladies. A village team is invited; and will be made most welcome. As always, just in case, bilingual. A word at the forthcoming February village quiz will
be appreciated.

news and activity in my native village. Looking ahead I’m ready to send questions
on France for February’s quiz. Subjects covering, history, geography, culture, sport
and of course gastronomy. Email me the deadline for submission.

quiz following its February event. Questions not “Mastermind”, but of a decent level.

Each summer I’m involved in organising a Franco-British quiz event to help
cancer research; A village team would be made very welcome;
The setting a chateau vineyard,home to the same family for 500years;
Tasting the excellent wines part of the pleasure; All is bi-lingual, and questions
of modest level. Visits to local places of interest can be arranged to make good
visit;
