Message to all Skate Park users
Following the annual skate park equipment inspection in November it has been reported that the riding surface of the ramp on the Half Pipe is quite damaged and some of the timber on the structure is rotting. Therefore, with the safety of users in mind the Parish Councillors have decided that the Half Pipe should be removed from the area as soon as possible.
The work has been arranged for a day during the Christmas break.
An open meeting will be held in February to discuss how to go forward with the Skate Park facility and we hope parents, children and other interested persons will come to the meeting to voice their opinions about this important leisure facility that the village provides for our young people.
