Concorde – a 20th century icon
Captain John Hutchinson, who joined the Concorde fleet in 1977, will talk about the aircraft and what it was like to fly her.

John became a Concorde Route Check Captain and a British Airways pilot selector. Since his retirement in 1992, he has worked as a consultant to the United States High Speed Research Programme. He sits on many Air Safety committees and advises as an Expert Witness in aviation related legal actions. He is a Past Master of the Honourable Company of Air Pilots and a Fellow of both the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Royal Institute of Navigation.
