NEW FACES AT THE LITTLE ROSE

P1030692MetroInns Ltd took over the tenancy of The Little Rose last week  on an initial one year deal with Greene King.   Scarlett & Paul, who were temporarily ‘on loan’  from one of the company’s other pubs, have now left and been replaced by the  permanent team, Alison & Steven James.

From this week The Little Rose will be open Monday to Friday from 4 pm and from midday on Saturday & Sunday.   SKY TV is back and during LIVE Premiership, England & FA Cup games, IPA and CARLSBERG will  be only £2.80 a pint!  A traditional pub food menu will be introduced soon and the Sunday Roast will be making a welcome return.

The MetroInns company, owned by Sean Driscoll and Gary Wood , manages a number of pubs in and around Bury St Edmunds, including their flagship The Masons Arms in the centre of the town.

We have guests this weekend but would like to come to the BBQ on Sunday, would it be OK to bring them along? Looking forward to supporting the new owners.

Come on Haslingfield villagers. Give the pub your support!

Use it – or we could LOSE it!

    I miss it already! 🙁
Hope the new managers are given as warm a welcome as Paul and I received.
