Parish Council Vacancy
There is a vacancy on the Haslingfield Parish Council caused by the resignation of Rebecca Ridley.
A bye-election to fill the vacancy will be held if ten electors for the parish give notice in writing before 23rd November claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
The address of the Returning Officer is: Jean Hunter, SCDC, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA
If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.

Is 48 hours really a reasonable time for 10 people to organize this and get a letter in the post to arrive at the returning officer?
