Haslingfield Little Theatre – Diamond Jubilee Celebration
At the Haslingfield Diamond Jubilee Celebration this Saturday, 2 June, Haslingfield Little Theatre will be taking you back to the 50s. Come and see:
The 50s Living Room: How leisure time was spent before the age of computers, DVDs and colour TV.
The Wash Day – How clothes were washed using using dolly tubs, mangles, clothes maid, and buckets.
The School: How children were taught before there were white boards, felt-tip pens, and school computers.
These scenes will take place in three gazebos on the edge of Well House Meadow, following a walk through the village and round the Meadow.
Time: 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
