The Naked Scientist is a broadcasting phenomenon, dreamed up in a Cambridge curry house, that now reaches millions of people around the globe with news and breakthroughs from the world of science, medicine and technology.
On Tuesday, 18 March at 8.00 p.m. in Haslingfield Village Hall, Dr Chris Smith, The Naked Scientist, will be taking us on a whistle-stop tour of what they do, how they do it and why. Everybody welcome.
Dr Smith is a consultant at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and lecturer at Cambridge University by day; and is The Naked Scientist, by night. The Naked Scientist is also the name of the successful weekly BBC radio series and website.
