Artistry in Cocoa
Haslingfield Village Society, Tuesday, 16 April in the Village Centre at 8:00 pm
Cheryl Brightly, a finalist in the Academy of Chocolatiers International Competition, will talk about the history of chocolate, how it is grown, made, and processed. A demonstration with cocoa pods will be given, and a sample from an Aztec recipe made. Some samples will be brought along!
Everyone is welcome to Village Society meetings: members and school age free, £2.50 for visitors.
