Postponed: Haslingfield drop-in event 19 July

You will be aware that a Red Extreme heat warning has been issued today by the Met Office ahead of expected 40 degree temperatures on Monday & Tuesday next week in Cambridgeshire.

Given the potential risk the extreme heat poses to staff and guests, the EWR drop-in information event scheduled in Haslingfield for Tuesday 19^th July will be postponed. We do not have a firm date yet and are talking to the venue and with our team. However, we are aiming for a date in the week of the 25^th, with our current preference being Friday the 29^th. I will keep you updated and circulate a confirmed date as soon as I have it.

I am aware that there has been significant interest in this event, so it’s important that it can be held safely while remaining accessible to all members of the community – our primary responsibility must be toward the safety of everyone attending.
