Police Arrest Man in Fountain Lane
Police have arrested a man they found in a garden in Fountain Lane in connection with an overturned car found in Haslingfield. Earlier Police with sniffer dogs were searching for a man with one trainer and a suspected head injury after a car overturned in the village.
Exciting News about Haslingfield Little Theatre’s Spring Production
We are delighted to announce that we will be taking our Spring 2013 production, the Victorian melodrama Maria Marten, to the Cambridge Drama Festival on 22-27 April, as well as performing it in Haslingfield Village Hall on 16, 17, 18 May. Read more

Many will remember Matthew & Son, the high-class grocery shop that was a feature of Trinity Street for 130 years until the early 1960s, trading in premises now occupied by Heffers Bookshop. The talk will tell the story of this well regarded Cambridge grocer and wine merchant and of the family that ran it for three generations.
