\u00a0\u00a0 4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Update on Trumpington Meadows \u2013<\/strong> concern was expressed about decisions being made by SCDC without consultation with HPC.\u00a0 There was no action plan and no framework.\u00a0 It was decided to send a formal letter to Jo Mills asking SCDC to underwrite all costs incurred by HPC in the administration of TM, and to keep HPC better\u00a0 informed. \u00a0MR had attended a meeting of Insite Arts.\u00a0 Photographs of artists work were inspected and four artists were selected for interview in January.\u00a0 One will be selected as the artist responsible for work in TM.\u00a0 LH reported that there was no funding for Trumpington Residents Association from the City Council.\u00a0 John Pym has promised to keep HPC informed of happenings at meetings between SCDC and Grosvenor Estates and Barrett Homes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Investigation into laying of paving slabs at no 25 Church St \u2013 this is being dealt with by the enforcement officer<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Grass Cutting around Wisbey\u2019s yard, quote received of \u00a350 per annum \u2013 this will be refunded by Granta Housing Society<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

HPC\u2019s letter concerning the Deregulation of schedule 1 of the licensing Act has been acknowledged<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

30 mph stickers distributed to residents of Barton Road<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bid submitted to CCC on behalf of HPC for two flashing signs in Barton Road, and two in the area of the school, plus single white lines across the entrances to no 1 and no 12 High St<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No more information on 15 New Rd \u2013 letter to Jo Mills saying we are dissatisfied with the situation<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

11 <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Committee and Working party Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A \u2013 Environment <\/strong>\u00a0– Jubilee oak tree planted in Wellhouse Meadow, it is much larger than expected.\u00a0 It has been protected with wire against munjac.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application has been submitted to Cambs ACRE for funding to create a river reserve and river enhancement involving Clock Holt at Harston end of the village.<\/span><\/p>\n

A map showing three footpaths around the village was approved.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

B \u2013 Pavilion<\/strong>\u00a0 – \u00a0The paving slabs at the front of the hall are to be re laid.\u00a0 An accident book is maintained by the committee, and there is public liability insurance in excess of \u00a35m.\u00a0 A caretaker to replace Freddie Lawes is being sought<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

C \u2013 Allotments<\/strong> \u2013 \u00a0The AGM has taken place and the minutes will be circulated.\u00a0 There are 33 tenants with just under a third joining in the last year.\u00a0 All available plots are now occupied.\u00a0 Better management of the water butts is required also the compost bays.\u00a0 The manure club is going well!\u00a0 The current balance is \u00a31,483.\u00a0 A new committee was elected.\u00a0 Plans were discussed for developing the site<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

12<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Correspondence <\/strong>\u2013 Street Lights are due to be replaced but not for some time.\u00a0 HPC decided to keep the existing lights rather than fund new ones.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 on building, welcome pack information etc.\u00a0 Three history trails around the site are nearing \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 completion.\u00a0 An action plan is to be developed for pre-occupation and post-occupation of houses, \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
