At the same time, the pub will become a Freehouse. Neil and Sue Poole\u00a0have lived in the village for 35 years and are very experienced local business people.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>They\u2019ve got some great ideas for what to do with the pub. They\u2019ll be running it for Wrenbridge, the new owners of the pub, for a trial period, which will be at least 9 months. The pub will become a Freehouse so will be able to sell whatever beer and snacks that Neil and Sue want to sell. It&#8217;s currently tied to Greene King.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Also, a group of village residents have\u00a0successfully registered the pub as an Asset of Community Value. This means it&#8217;ll be slightly more difficult to close it.
