The wall was originally part of the boundary wall of the old vicarage, and planning permission was approved in 1970 for the subdivision of the garden and the construction of the new vicarage.\u00a0 As this happened before the old vicarage was listed in 1985, the wall is not cartilage listed.\u00a0 Rebuilding therefore is \u00a0permitted development and SCEC have no control over the detailing or type of mortar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grant application for Royston &amp; District community transport \u2013<\/strong> The scheme is open to all who are unable to access conventional public transport.\u00a0 Clerk to consult with other villages<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting with Dennis Vacher \u2013<\/strong> action has been or will be taken shortly on all points raised.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a07<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 P<strong>lanning <\/strong>\u2013 S\/1517\/11 \u2013 extension to1 Butler Way &#8211; recommended<\/p>\n<p>Permission given by Secretary of State for the installing and keeping of electric lines above ground \u2013 Cantelupe Farm Solar farm<\/p>\n<p>Permission given by SCDC for Extension and alterations to57 High St, The White Lodge,<\/p>\n<p>and\u00a0 alterations to The Old Dairy,Harston Road<\/p>\n<p>Permission given by CCC for the proposed two form entry primary school at Trumpington Meadows<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Additional Matters for discussion<\/strong> \u2013<\/p>\n<p>New play area inspectors have given a very comprehensive first report, and identified several problems which they say are installation defects.\u00a0 These to be checked out by the firm installing the patio fencing as they are the company who installed the Play Area.<\/p>\n<p>A 2\u2019 square hole has been sawn in the small wooden ramp at the skate park to gain access into the cavity.\u00a0 Quotes are being obtained for repair.\u00a0 The litter bin next to the Play Area has been removed as it had rotted through.\u00a0 A replacement has been requested from SCDC<\/p>\n<p>Ownership of fence alongside The Manor Drive to be checked.\u00a0 A large pothole on the corner in Chestnut Close needs dealing with.\u00a0 Long screws in gate hinges of 3 houses in Wisbey\u2019s Yard are creating a hazard and need dealing with (LH).\u00a0 Hedging is to be planted in the autumn in front of the houses in Wisbey\u2019s yard.\u00a0 Clothing bank to be repositioned (in hand).\u00a0 A tree in Back Lane is causing an obstruction, JW to check where the root is.\u00a0 Agricultural machinery has been reported as driving too fast through the village \u2013 farmers to be contacted.\u00a0 Chestnut trees in Village hall car park do not need trimming<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>9\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 County Councillors Report \u2013<\/strong>.It is now unlikely that the part of the Trumpington Meadows development in Haslingfield Parish will be incorporated inside the City boundary.\u00a0 A new review of the bus subsidies may mean that the no 75 bus will not be axed.\u00a0 Consultations will take place between September and November.
