Requests are required before agreements are reached if money for indoor projects is required.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><strong>11\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 County Councillors Report \u2013<\/strong>.
