We were proud to open our doors today for the first of our Playgroup sessions. Over 25 families attended and had fun meeting a real owl! Those who love arts and crafts made amazing owl pictures with feathers. We had a lovely song time, flying aliens round the world, the wheels on the bus definitely went round and there was even a birthday to sing about!<\/p>\n
Thanks to Ophelia Redpath, local artist and author, for reading her new book to the children. We really enjoyed a cup of tea and a home cooked snack! And we definitely enjoyed meeting new families.<\/p>\n
This group is run by a local families and is open to all children aged 0 – 4 years old, held in our friendly Haslingfield Methodist Church, at 9:30am – 11:15am, Mondays term-time.
