agreed<\/p>\n<p>Information on Clay Farm<\/p>\n<p>Name of Clay Farm and Glebe Farm, Trumpington\u2013 Great Kneighton<\/p>\n<p>SCDC have granted permission for realignment and alterations to existing internal access road at Spring Hall Farm, Barton Road, and for extension and alterations to 12 Church St<\/p>\n<p>A map showing the revised route of the footpath alongside the development at 30 New Road has been received.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7<\/strong> <strong>Additional Matters for discussion<\/strong> \u2013 considerations for spending the Section 106 money from Wisbey\u2019s Yard development \u00a311K \u2013 bring to next meeting<\/p>\n<p>Ideas for walks and rides in the countryside are now advertised on a section of the CCC website<\/p>\n<p>The fence around the tennis court side of the play area has now been installed<\/p>\n<p>Parish Council recommends voting for BT Infinity<\/p>\n<p>It is hoped work will commence on the railway bridge between Haslingfield and Barton in March\/April 2011 based on the box culvert option<\/p>\n<p>No vote was cast in the election for a Parish Member on SCDC Standards Committee<\/p>\n<p>Code of Practice on Local Authority Publicity \u2013 Folder<\/p>\n<p>Gamlingay Police panel meeting takes place at Gamlingay on Wednesday October 20<sup>th<\/sup> at 7.30pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>8\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 County Councillors Report \u2013 <\/strong>it now appears a certain level of development is to take place at <strong>Northstowe <\/strong>(between 1K and 2K houses) in spite of the uncertainly of the A14 project being given the go ahead.\u00a0 <strong>Collections from Blue Wheelie Bins<\/strong> has now started, complaints about the size of the paper caddy have already been received \u2013 remember if any recyclables do not fit in the bin they will be collected if left alongside the bin in an returnable container. <strong>Hauxton Remedial Works \u2013<\/strong> assurance has been given that the site will be safe at the end.\u00a0 The volatile organic compounds which residents can smell are at levels that are completely safe.\u00a0 <strong>The Planning System<\/strong> on the SCDC website is a disaster and is still being worked on.\u00a0 A new online guide (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.guidetoroughtimes.co.uk\/\">www.guidetoroughtimes.co.uk<\/a>) for young people in Cambridgeshire, their parents, carers, friends and family gives advice and guidance on how to look after their emotional well-being whan times are difficult and what to do when you may need some extra help.\u00a0 <strong>The Woodland Trust<\/strong> have recently launched an initiative to double native woodland cover under the banner \u2018<strong>More Trees,<\/strong> <strong>More Good\u2019.<\/strong> Part of this includes a mass public consultation about where more trees should be planted \u2013 a campaign called \u2018My View\u2019 see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.woodlandtrust.org.uk\/myview\">www.woodlandtrust.org.uk\/myview<\/a> .\u00a0 The Children\u2019s Centre Home Visiting Team helps to support families experiencing all sorts of difficulties.\u00a0 They have workers from a large number of organisations and a wide variety of skills. Tel 01223 471617 or Jo.sharman@cambridgeshire.gov.uk .\u00a0 <strong>Primary Care Trusts<\/strong> are to be abandoned by 2012 and doctors surgeries will organise themselves into consortia.\u00a0 They will be able to commission services based upon their own patients needs.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9 <\/strong><strong>District Councillors Report \u2013<\/strong>.Jean Hunter the new CEO for SCDC will attend the Parish Council meeting in December 2010<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The incidents of mud on the road at Wisbey\u2019s Yard have been reported and action taken.\u00a0 All deliveries will not take place from the Fountain Lane entrance to the site<\/p>\n<p>The removal of the hedge and erection of a fence at 6 Church Way has been reported, this is in a conservation area\u00a0 There are still ongoing problems with accessing the SCDC planning website.\u00a0 these are being investigated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10\u00a0 \u00a0Committee and Working party Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u2013 <strong>Environment <\/strong>&#8211; The ecology officer for SCDC is unhappy with the new cycle routes between Haslingfield and Trumpington Meadows which have been proposed by the Parish Council.\u00a0 He says one route passes a kingfisher nesting site and the other a pheasant nesting site.\u00a0 This will be discussed with SCDC planners.\u00a0\u00a0 Rob Mungovan\u2019s advice is being sought on creating a community orchard on the Wellhouse Meadow, grants are available from SCDC covering 50% of the cost.\u00a0\u00a0 At a recent liaison meeting CEMEX gave an update on their plans for restoring the site at Barrington.\u00a0 Material for filling in the quarry will come from \u2018Crossrail\u2019 in London and will be mainly clay.\u00a0 The train will cross three roads as before: Glebe Rd, Barrington will have old style crossing gates.\u00a0 The crossings at Foxton and Chapel Hill will be left open but with warning lights and possibly be manned<\/p>\n<p><strong>B \u2013 Pavilion<\/strong> &#8211; No report<\/p>\n<p><strong>C \u2013 Allotments<\/strong> \u2013 CK had recently attended a committee meeting.\u00a0 As some people are leaving the village it is likely that the waiting list for plots will soon be cleared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Correspondence <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AGM of CPALC on Saturday 13<sup>th<\/sup> November 2010 at Bluntisham Village Hall<\/p>\n<p>John Wheelhouse volunteered to represent the Parish Council on a new committee being set up at<\/p>\n<p>SCDC called \u2018Planning and our Parishes\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>12 <\/strong><strong>Parking at the school \u2013 <\/strong>this was discussed at some length.\u00a0 Unfortunately Karen Lunn from CCC had been unable to make the meeting arranged on 11.10.10 at the school at 8.30am.\u00a0 It was felt her input was essential to any decision made.\u00a0 So a decision was deferred until the November meeting.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As no 6 Church Way is being advertised \u2018To Let\u2019, it was suggested the owner be asked to have a condition of letting that there should be no parking on the High St.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Section 106 Education payment from Leach Homes \u2013<\/strong> LH to have discussion with James Fisher<\/p>\n<p><strong>14 <\/strong><strong>Bus Shelter cleaning Barton Road <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Michael Roberts is retiring due to ill health.\u00a0\u00a0 Mr and Mrs<strong> <\/strong>Reinemann have agreed to take over the work<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>15\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Finance \u2013 <\/strong>Resolution to pay of outstanding accounts proposed by JO seconded by WT.
