Haslingfield Little Theatre are planning an informal evening of Poetry Reading on Friday 28 April at 7.30 pm in Haslingfield Village Hall. Tables will be laid in café style, nibbles will be provided and please bring your own drinks. There will be a small charge of £1 at the door to cover the cost of hiring the Hall. Everyone is invited to join us to listen to readings of a varied section of poetry.

This Thursday 2 February, at 7.30 pm in Haslingfield Village Hall, we will be holding a read-through for our next production – two hilarious one-act comedies: Black Comedy by Peter Shaffer, and Bride before a Fall by Robert Scott.
This Saturday, 21 January, a Health & Wellness Charity Event will be taking place at Haslingfield Methodist Church, from 11.00 am until 4.00 pm in aid of FAB (Fight against Blindness). Haslingfield Little Theatre’s next production will be two hilarious one-act comedies: Black Comedy by Peter Shaffer, and Bride before a Fall by Robert Scott. We will be holding a read-through of the script on 2nd February, followed by auditions on 9th February – at Haslingfield Village Hall at 7.30 pm. Performances will take place on 18th, 19th and 20th May (tickets available in March).

The Haslingfield Primary School Christmas Fayre is being held on Saturday 17th December from 11.30am – 2pm, entrance is free and everyone is welcome! Come and have a go on our fun stalls including games of skill devised by Coding Club, a Christmas present hunt, toy stall, sweet tombola and many many others. Don’t miss the Charity Fair – this Saturday 19 November at Haslingfield Methodist Church. 15 National and Local charities will be having stalls where you can buy your Christmas cards, books, Christmas Puddings, preserves, gifts, plants etc. 3 of these charities are new to our fair. Did you know that Haslingfield Little Theatre has a Youth Fund? The purpose of the Fund is to promote the involvement of young people from 8 to 18 years old in the performing arts. The fund is open for children from Haslingfield, Harlton and those connected via Haslingfield Young Little Theatre. At present the sum available is £200. The amount awarded is at the discretion of the Haslingfield Little Theatre (HLT) Committee. For more details, please click here
